Why I Started G&C

regularly worked 10 to 12 hours each day. The demanding schedule left little opportunity to attend my children's sporting events, dance recitals, and singing competitions - moments that were deeply important to both them and me.
It became evident that in order to prioritize my family and personal well-being, I needed to take control of my time and my future. By founding G&C, I was able to set my own schedule, limit the number of daily projects, and significantly reduce the stress and anxiety that had once dominated my life.
Today, I am a happier, more balanced individual, and those values are reflected in the way G&C operates. We are committed to providing high-quality service while honoring the importance of family, balance, and wellbeing — both for our team and for our clients.
